QUALITY CANADIAN CONSTRUCTION

1. Frames are made from kiln dried hardwood lumber.
2. Frames are all double dowelled, glued, and screwed and corner blocked. Sofa frames are all solid leg construction.
3. Seating comfort is achieved by starting from the non-visible area to the consumer. Frames are sprung with no less than 8 gauge fatigue tested No sag springs.
4. 5 Springs per chair. Decks are upholstered with white bonded sisal pads and two layers of felt padding.
5. Seat cushion inserts are Qualux foam up to 2.6lb and wrapped in polyester fibres up to 1.8oz.
6. Backs are sprung with the 11 gauge springs for the long lasting support and comfort, insulated with Typar lining. Semi-attached backs have a Dacron cushion insert.
7. Each piece is Proudly hand crafted IN Toronto by a highly trained upholster.
